All part of our cunning plan to be healthier in 2023
We started a walking group at the shed recently!
We’ve been up and walking for three weeks now and there no let up in the enthusiasm. This week we did a three mile route, taking in some of the local greenway, some quiet byways and also a busy road for a short time. Once again the chats were excellent and we really didn’t notice the three miles going by.
We all got some enjoyable exercise and took a few pics along the route to record the occasion.
This activity has already become a regular outing for our members and no doubt, like many of the other events we’ve taken on it will go from strength to strength.
Of course as you’d expect, we returned to the shed for tea and biscuits, and fruit (another new addition to the fare available at the shed)
